We Can Exchange

If you are not satisfied with the product you purchased, you can choose to exchange it to another product of us at no cost.

In our more than 8 years of selling software products on the web, we have always been able to work out a satisfactory solution with our customers. In most of these rare situations, we simply provided a substitute product.

How our Refund Policy works:

If you bought one of our products (software or source code) through URSoft, then we offer a 30 day refund policy. We will refund you the full amount. If you purchased the software longer than 30 days ago and would like a refund, sorry the request will not be accepted.

Why we have a Refund Policy:

At URSoft we believe in happy customers. We believe all our products do their job, and do it well.

But we're realistic enough to know that our software isn't going to fit every situation. That's why we have a strong refund policy. If you aren't satisfied with our products, we would like them back - and we will refund you the money.

This allows you to purchase our products with confidence.

Fraudulent Credit Card Charges or Fraudulent Claims

All requests to negate charges are investigated by our technical department and legal department. If you make a fraudulent claim of unauthorized card usage, we will report this to the credit card services. This report may result in cancellation of your card services, put negative information on your credit report, and create possible criminal charges that may be filed against you.
